Captain Alexis Fecteau is a professional pilot and engineer. He obtained his bachelor’s in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, and master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University in Boston, MA.  After college, he completed an extensive career as an F-15C, OV-10, and T-3 instructor pilot, command pilot, various roles as a commander in the US Air Force.  Following his Air Force career, Capt. Fecteau flew as a pilot for two major US Airlines.

At present, Captain Alexis Fecteau is the Director of Marketing for Boeing Business Jets, a division of Boeing Commercial Airplanes. In the past, he has worked with airlines around the world in Boeing Commercial Airplane marketing where he specialized on flight deck technology and Boeing technical product subject matter.  Prior to his present post, he was a subject matter expert on Performance Based Navigation (PBN) and Required Navigation Performance (RNP), and worked extensively with aviation regulatory agencies worldwide, including the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), International Air Transport Association (IATA), European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), China and India and numerous additional Asia-Pacific aviation regulatory agencies to build regulatory frameworks for various flight operations.
